Kam kráčíš, etopedie?

Abstract

V posledních dvaceti letech se událo mnoho změn, které mají vliv na speciálněpedago- gický obor etopedie. V prvé řadě to byly změny legislativní (zákon o sociálních službách, zákon o sociálněprávní ochraně dětí a jeho novela aj.). Dále to byly změny metodické, ve kterých se uplatňuje řada nových metod v zařízeních, v nichž se aplikují principy etopedické péče. Zmiňme také vliv neziskového sektoru, který spolupracuje se státními institucemi a vytváří spletitou kooperující síť. V současné době se tak postupně stírají hranice oboru, na jehož poli pozorujeme průnik dalších disciplín, jako jsou sociální pedagogika, sociální práce aj. V rámci aktuálních sociálních i legislativních změn jsme si v kvalitativním předvýzkumu položili následující otázky: Co je etopedie? Co je etopedická praxe? Co je etopedická teorie? Doplňuje se teorie s praxí? Máme adekvátní etopedické nástroje, jako jsou metodika, diagnostika atd.? Jaký je vztah etopedie k vybraným vědním disciplínám, zejména sociální pedagogice? Kam vlastně kráčí etopedie? Článek má dvě roviny. První z nich je prezentace kvalitativního předvýzkumu, druhým je navození diskuse, která by měla přinést témata pro širší výzkum, popřípadě vytvoření širšího týmu pro jeho realizaci.

The last twenty years have seen many changes with an impact on the special-educational field of ethopedia. First and foremost there have been relevant legislative changes (social services law, law on the social-legal pro- tection of children and its amendment and so on). There have also been changes of approach in the sense of the introduction of a series of new methods in facilities where the principles of ethopedic care are applied. Last but not least we should mention the influence of the non-profit sector, which has been collaborating with state institutions and creating a com- plex network of cooperation. All this is now progressively blurring the boundaries of the field, in which we are witnessing interface with other disciplines such as social education, social work and others. In the context of the current social and legislative changes, and for the purposes of qualitative preparation for research projects, we asked the following questions: What is ethopedia? What is ethopedic practice? What is ethopedic theory? Are theory and practice consonant? Do we have ade- quate ethopedic tools such as methodology, diagnostics and so on? What is the relationship of ethopedia to selected academic disciplines, especially social education? In other words, whither ethopedia? The article has two levels. The first is the presentation of qualitative ground-clearing for future research, and the second is the instigation of a discussion to identify themes for a broader research project, and eventually the creation of a broader team to conduct it.
