Analýza vybraných špecifík predprimárneho vzdelávania detí s mentálnym postihnutím Vančová, Alica; Belušíková, Daniela Príspevok popisuje aktuálne východiská a podmienky predprimárneho vzdelávania detí s mentálnym postihnutím na Slovensku. Cieľom kvantitatívneho skúmania bolo zistiť špecifiká predprimárneho vzdelávania detí s mentálnym postihnutím z pohľadu praxeológie. Dotazník pre pedagógov špeciálnych materských škôl pre deti s mentálnym postihnutím a špeciálnych tried pre deti s mentálnym postihnutím bol hlavným výskumným nástrojom. Výsledky kvantitatívnej analýzy poskytujú výskumné údaje a poznatky o špecifíkách realizácie predprimárneho vzdelávania detí s mentálnym postihnutím na území Slovenska.; This paper describes the background and current conditions of pre-primary education for children with mental disabilities in Slovakia. The aim of a quantitative investigation was to identify the specific features of preprimary education for children with intellectual disabilities in terms of praxeology. A questionnaire for teachers of special kindergarten for children with developmental disabilities and special classes for children with mental disabilities has been a major research tool. The results provide a quantitative analysis of research data and knowledge about the specifics of pre-primary education of children with intellectual disabilities in Slovakia.

Uvedené učivo sa považuje za najnáročnejšie aritmetické učivo žiakov s ľahkým stupňom mentálneho postihnutia vzdelávaných v treťom ročníku. Autorka v tejto oblasti prezentuje prístup, podstatu a možnosti podpory matematických zručností žiakov s mentálnym postihnutím. Príspe- vok prezentuje čiastkové výsledky projektu VEGA č. 1/0789/14 „Determinanty a odchýlky vývinu detí školského veku so zdravotným postihnutím v oblasti somatopatologickej, psychoedukačnej, komunikačnej a sociálnej“; The article proposes a method of training in addition and subtraction through base 10. This is considered the most difficult arithmetic material for third grade pupils with a mild degree of mental disability. In this context the articlepresents an approach, basic idea and strategies intended to encourage mathematical skills in pupils with mental disability. It offers some of the result of the VEGA project no. 1/0789/14 “Determinants and Deviations of the Development of Children of School Age with Health Disabilities in Somato-Pathological, Psycho-Educational, Communicational and Social Areas”.

Teória edukácie sluchovej výchovy u žiakov so sluchovým postihnutím Schmidtová, Margita Aktuálne zmeny v edukácie v oblasti pedagogiky sluchovo postihnutých vyžadujú ino- vované vymedzenia cieľov, zásad, princípov a úloh v oblasti sluchovej výchovy pri stimulovaní počutia u žiakov so sluchovým postihnutím. Z tohto pohľadu považujem za dôležité vymedzenie teórie edukácie v sluchovej výchove ako oblasti, ktorá v posledných desaťročiach v dôsledku pozna- nia v medicíne a psychológii a rozvoja techniky vykazuje zásadné zmeny v prospech kvality počutia a následne rozvoja reči a jazyka, komunikácie u žiakov so sluchovým postihnutím.; Current changes in education in the field of teaching pupils with impaired hearing demand a new definition of goals, basic principles and tasks in training designed to stimulate hearing in such pupils. From this point of view we think it important to define the theory of education in hearing training as a field that in recent decades, as a result of advances in medicine, psychology and technology, has been undergoing fundamental changes to the benefit of quality of hearing and consequently the development of speech and language, and communication among pupils with hearing disabilities.

Špecifiká koncepcie Nordoff-Robbins a hlasovej výchovy u detí s dmo1 Osvaldová, Margaréta Jednotlivci s detskou mozgovou obrnou (DMO) sa vyznačujú komunikačnými a rečovými poruchami. V tejto skupine ľudí je dôležitá hudobná intervencia pomocou účelných vokálno-technických cvičení, piesňového repertoáru, ktoré umožňujú riešiť určitý dýchací, rečový, artikulačný a komunikačný problém. Prostredníctvom komunikačnej funkcie hudby napr. prostredníctvom piesňových foriem Nordoff-Robbins je možné nadobudnúť schopnosť vyjadriť svoje potreby, emócie, prežívanie. Dochádza k zlepšeniu sebaponímania prostredníctvom spoločnej hudobnej aktivity pri improvizácii. Vokálne aktivity u detí s DMO vplývajú oslobodzujúco od mnohých obmedzení, ktoré uvedené postihnutie spôsobuje. Dieťa sa stane schopným využiť osobné možnosti s väčším uvedomením a to vytvára skutočné naplnenie. Cieľom tohto príspevku je poukázať na potenciál hudby pre rozvoj komunikačných a rečových zručností, predstaviť možnosti aplikácie speváckych činností a hlasových cvičení u jednotlivcov s DMO.; Individuals with cerebral palsy (CP) characteristically have communication and speech disorders. In this group of people it is important that there should be musical intervention using practical vocal-technical exercises, a song repertoire, that makes it possible to address the particular breathing, speech, articulation and communication problem. Through the communicative function of music – e.g. by means of the Nordoff-Robbins song forms – the individual’s capacity to express his or her needs, emotions and experiences, can be enlarged and developed. Shared musical activity in improvisation leads to an improvement in self-understanding. In children with CP voice activities have a liberating effect, releasing the sufferer from many of the restrictions caused by this disability. The child becomes capable of exploiting personal possibilities with greater confidence, and this creates real satisfaction. The aim of this article is to draw attention to the potential of music for the de- velopment of communication and speech skills, and to present the possibility of applying singing activities and voice exercises in individuals with CP.
